I have worked with people of all ages around emotional health or mental health issues, relationship difficulties (including affairs, betrayal, separation), depression, anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, OCD, confidence issues, low self-esteem, exploring difficult times of change, bereavement, sexuality, self-harm, suicidal feelings, anger management and much, much more. My aim is to help you to explore your individual issues, consider your options and maybe come to decisions about whether you want to accept or change you might wish to make. Together we can identify any concerns, issues, thoughts, feelings, circumstances or behaviours that might be preventing you from moving forwards with CONFIDENCE.
