Your Employees and Clients might experience very difficult times in their life and this may well impact upon their work life in addition to their home life.
Recovering from an accident or other trauma can be a particularly difficult process. Your clients deserve the time and space to explore and process these traumas, in order that they can begin to feel confident and safe once again. This in turn, helps them to reclaim their lives and get back to doing whatever they enjoy.
Depression, Stress and Anxiety are extremely common yet very distressing conditions, which will often respond well to Counselling Therapy. In addition to the negative impact upon your employee, these conditions can lead to CONSIDERABLE TIME AWAY FROM WORK. This, in turn causes additional and unexpected expense for you - the employer and/or insurer - and may well lead to further related, negative stress responses amongst colleagues and managers, due to their increased workload.
The wellbeing of your Employees and Clients is my concern and I aim to empower them to understand their difficulties, explore alternative ways to cope, increase their understanding and acceptance, and empower them to make beneficial changes. Many Organisations have referred Clients to me for Counselling and have been delighted with the progress that the individuals have made. This has often meant that Clients are able to enjoy their return to work, feeling much more positive.
Counselling can help people feel less depressed, less anxious, more empowered, more confident and more motivated - thereby enabling them to return more quickly towards enjoying their usual activities, including work.
RELATIONSHIP ISSUES AT WORK OR AT HOME
I am a qualified Couples & Relationship Counsellor. This expertise can help individuals as well as couples, or indeed work colleagues, to understand their issues/relationships better. Illness, bereavement, trauma, accidents and other life events can impact upon our closest relationships. When our relationships become difficult and challenging, this in turn impacts upon our ability to enjoy other aspects of our life, including work.
Your clients and employees deserve help in recognising the impact of their life events upon their relationships and in finding ways to improve these outcomes, either alone or together with their partners in counselling.
Please contact me to discuss a programme of counselling which will be specifically designed for your Employees and Clients.
My fees range from £50 per session (50 minutes) and may be invoiced monthly - with payment due within 30 days.
